No, our meals are not frozen. All the meals are freshly prepared and can be refrigerated for up to one week or frozen for up to 2 months. Each meal will contain instructions on freezing or refrigerating the meal for best use.

Your food will taste just like a freshly prepared meal, thanks to our careful packaging. It is important to thaw the food in the fridge for at least 24 hours before warming it.

Yes, please select “Pick Up” as your desired method of receiving the food in the checkout process if you would like to pay at the store.

We prepare meals with a minimum 2 portions. If you want to order more than 2 meals, please indicate your desired quantity on the Gourmet to Go menu page

For the entrees and other dishes that are reheated in the oven, I use aluminum ovenable trays which are vacuum packed. The side dishes are packaged in food safe plastic containers.

Consider what you spend on take-out food, meals at restaurants, and groceries on a weekly basis. Our Gourmet to Go meal costs are similar with ingredients that are all fresh and of high quality. On the long term, your health will benefit from eating natural foods.

We can use your china, crystal and silver, everything will be carefully washed by hand. If you don't have enough plates, we can rent.

I will need a basket or dish for the bread, a small plate for butter, a pitcher to serve water. If we will be serving coffee, a coffee maker, creamer, sugar bowl, sweeteners and your favorite decaf coffee will be needed.
