Chef Service - a cooking service for healthier food at
home
The
preparation and cooking is done in your kitchen. I do all the shopping
for you and clean up after cooking. A regular size kitchen works
very well. I always bring my favorite pans, equipment, spices and
other pantry items.
Family meals that are ready to heat and eat. The meals are packaged
and labelled with heating instructions, then stored in the fridge
and freezer.
Most people prefer a monthly service, but I am very flexible and
have clients who like me to come twice a month, every two or three
months, or even just call when they need meals. I am all about making
this service convenient for you.
Your meals are prepared with fresh ingredients and no processed
foods. I am very careful when shopping and use the most natural
ingredients available. I will typically shop at 2, 3 or more grocery
stores to purchase the healthiest foods at the best price. I am
happy to cook with only organic ingredients if you prefer me to.
Environmental issues are important to me, I don't use plastic bags,
group my shopping trips, compost all vegetable scraps.
I
have experience cooking for special diets, food allergies, weight
loss plans, and customize all recipes to fit your dietary needs.

Home Catering
The

dinners for 2 to 24 guests (or more if your dining room and kitchen
allow).

Dinner parties are prepared restaurant style, and cooked course
by course. A gourmet restaurant experience in the comfort of your
home.
We wash glasses, plates and silver by hand, and leave the kitchen
spotless.

Parties - elegant parties at an excellent value
Cocktail parties for up to 75 guests (or more if your kitchen allows).
I have a team of experienced servers, bartenders and chefs who help
me for these events.
We always receive wonderful comments for our parties.
The focus is on high quality food that is elegant, freshly prepared
and unique.
